Responsibilities:

- Lead development of our software applications.
- Conduct a thorough review of existing code and implement bug-fixes.

- Manage a small team of developers.

Critical Skills:

- Expert level skills in PHP, MySQL, Javascript (including jQuery), AJAX
- Highly proficient with Linux (Redhat) System Administration, MySQL Administration, Shell Scripting
- Thorough understanding of security requirements for application development and server configuration.
- Comfortable writing and debugging both procedural and OOP code.
- Highly proficient at hand-coding xhtml and CSS.
- Able to dive into existing code and make sense of it quickly.
