I'm a solo entrepreneur looking for somebody to lead the development and ongoing hosting and maintenance of my latest project, a database-driven web 2.0 entertainment site. It will be an AJAX-y site that revolves around a custom message board application, which I'm hoping can be built around an open source CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, or Drupal, but the best platform will be up to you to determine. You will work remotely and have 2-3 status calls per week with me to discuss progress.

The ideal candidate will:
- have at least 5 years of well-rounded web software development experience
- know how to optimally construct a database-driven site from the ground up
- have experience developing web 2.0 applications and message boards
- have a network of programming contacts to tap to help out as needed
