We’re looking to hire an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management Department. The Associate Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy, managing product development priorities, and monitoring product release. You will be involved throughout the product life cycle from initial ideation through development, launch, ongoing operations and enhancement of product.

This position requires close interaction with our development team, key “internal” customers, and marketing.   • Create detailed written analyses of project impacts on the product, the larger product family and the business overall and present these analyses at staff meetings or other appropriate forums
  • Develop and present a complete written plan for each project including the appropriate level of contextual detail (i.e. orientation within a larger system, greater timeline, larger strategy versus point-in-time application of a business specific task), timing, milestones, resources and constraints
  • 2-3 years work experience
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • This role requires tactical thinking associated with assuring any project or task is appropriately aligned with the overall product strategy, as well as sound judgment in determining next steps in conjunction with the Product Manager and Product Director

Responsible for development, maintenance and modification of CampusVue. The individual will create robust programs, reports and synchronization scripts for maintaining and updating CampusVue. The job requires collaborating with multiple Fremont College Staff & Faculty on diverse, unique, existing and functional projects. The person will perform continuous reviews for efficiency and effectiveness – judging and executing solutions to complex needs and issues in a timely manner. Cultivate creative thought and problem solving while demonstrating Fremont College’s core values.

Responsible for installation and maintenance of CampusVue software, new releases and upgrades. Monitors, diagnoses and resolves problems with CampusVue. Executes the security, backup and recovery strategy. Establishes standards and procedures. Sets project goals, reviews and analyzes effectiveness. A BA/BS or certified database training and a minimum of 2 years experience administering CampusVue and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
