Online Marketing Firm Seeks SEO Assistant (Reseda)

March30
We’re a fast-growing search engine optimization firm, who’s been in business 4+ years, providing great service. We provide a cost efficient geo-targeted service that almost any business can afford, that truly helps them to generate more potential clients / customers. We take great care of our clients and team members, and we want to ensure that everyone in the company is truly willing to go the extra mile to keep a client happy. We have a small number of truly gifted individuals on board and we run a very tight ship. If you work well in a group, can communicate easily and have a decent sense of humor, you’ll fit right in!

We’re looking for an SEO specialist to serve as a technical account manager and administrative assistant. Each month you’ll review the keyword progress report, Google Analytics and Webmaster tools to decide what (if any) changes need to be made to the account. You’ll then assign tasks for those changes to other team members and in some cases make them yourself. We’d like someone as versatile as possible (i.e. if it’s needed you can open up an HTML page an insert code / make a text change). You'll also be creating Google Local Business accounts, setting up blog accounts, etc.

Although you must be thorough when completing each client’s review, we also need you to think and act quickly. We work at a face pace, because we have a large number of clients / reviews to complete each day. We need you to be able to navigate multiple windows, multi-task, type fast and just work quickly in general.

Because every SEO company is different and each has their own method, you must be a team-player and be willing to work within our system (vs. trying to change our process). It can be difficult for many SEO specialists to “re-learn” the trade, based on how one particular entity wants to run the service. If you have no ego, you’re willing to learn and you have a firm base of knowledge on SEO…. we can’t wait to hear from you!

Requirements:
-Proven experience with search engine optimization (Please include references as well as examples of websites and the specific keywords you’ve optimized/ the methods you used).
-FAST TYPIST
-EXCELLENT communication skills
-quick learner
-100% punctual (this is very important to us)
