Job Description:
Quality Assurance Engineer will work closely with the project management, product and development teams to review requirements and develop and execute test to ensure that products are working correctly and are error free.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Review requirements for new products and modifications of existing products.
• Develop and execute test cases on staging and production environments.
• Execute sanity tests to validate software builds.
• Work closely with automation team to gather requirements and design tests.
• Document and communicate issues, risks and concerns to stakeholders, developers, sponsors.
• Collaborate closely with product, project and development teams to identify and resolve technical, business, and process related issues.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree, preferably in CS or other Engineering field.
• 1 to 3 years of Software QA experience.
• Web application testing experience.
• Functional automation testing experience (prefer Selenium RC).
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Computer programming experience.
• Familiarity with Java.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• SQL (introductory to intermediate level).
• API testing experience using SOAP UI or equivalent.
• Experience with web application automation testing tools (examples: Selenium, FitNesse).
• Familiarity with basic Internet concepts (http, html, client / server model, GET, POST, request / response, etc…).
• Familiarity with performance testing and benchmarking concepts.
• Able to work on multiple projects on a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven project environment.
• Able to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferences:
• Selenium RC (intermediate or higher level level).
