The Search Analyst will play a critical role within the eHarmony Acquisition Marketing team. S/he will be responsible for day-to-day management of PPC campaigns across multiple lines of business, with a primary focus of driving maximum Search coverage while producing desired RIO. Duties include PPC campaign creation, strategy, analysis, ad copy optimization and bid management across all 3 major engines as well as 2nd tier engines and search network campaigns.This will require the position to work closely with our search agency partners.

He or she may also be responsible for day-to-day management of specific projects. Primary duties include development of project scope document in conjunction with the assigned Business Manager, creation of project strategy, point person for all agency communications, overall management of project team to ensure all deliverables and quality expectations are met, and financial management to ensure profitability on projects and across the campaigns. A high degree of strategic thinking and contribution on the lines if business is expected from the Offline Marketing Manager.

The analyst will be personally challenged to find innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships by sifting through large amounts of data, then explain the findings to people with varying backgrounds.The successful candidate will have 3+ years' market analytics, research or quantitative analysis experience. In addition, the Data Analyst will need experience with the following technologies: SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MS Access, OLAP software. Microstrategy, Omniture and a Statistical Package (SAS, SPSS) preferred. The company seeks a highly energetic, intellectually curious, intrinsically driven individual who can get things done both individually and through others. The successful applicant will have proven analytic background with an online media or consumer-based online company.
