We are seeking a talented web developer to join our growing team and work ONSITE at our comfortable office space located in the heart of Venice Beach.
To be considered for this position, the candidate MUST possess the following qualifications:
- Expert in PHP
- Expert in MySQL
- Expert in XHTML, CSS
- Expert in JavaScript and AJAX
- Excellent SEO proficiency.
- Highly proficient with Photoshop
- Understanding of DNS and A Records
- Working Knowledge of Mod_rewrite and .htaccess
- Ability to setup a web server from scratch (with and without PLESK and CPanel)
- Knowledge & proficiency with all forms of social media
- Is an expert in WordPress
- Has the ability to deploy websites very easily
- Design skills are also a major plus.
RankLab Interactive is a boutique Search Engine Marketing company in Venice CA. We work closely with each of our clients to ensure success and build long-term relationships. Your duties will be to implement, manage and extend the capabilities of our client and internal websites along with various IT duties.
We are seeking an individual who works fast but carefully, and has an eye for detail when it comes to their coding.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, who can take the initiative and produce large volumes of quality work without the presence of constant oversight or supervision.
We are looking for someone who is serious about their work, but has a great sense of humor as well and is comfortable working as part of a small, closely-knit team of professionals.
This can be a part-time or full-time position (depending upon the speed and quality of your work) however we are looking for a person that has the ability to spend at least a portion of each day onsite in our Venice office (M F).
