Seeking a Web Developer to work on large scale website publishing in a multi-user, multi-project environment. General duties include maintaining existing web pages, creating webpage publishing templates, and creation of HTML email compatible with most HTML-capable email clients. Experience must include strong hand-coded, front-end development, database driven website development, and basic server software administration. Additionally, would collaborate with Flash developers on Microsites, Banners, and other Flash modules where tight integration and information passing to Flash modules is required.

Required Skills:
- Proficient with Cross Browser (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Document Object Model
- Working knowledge of programming/scripting fundamentals and concepts, Content Management Systems and Version Control Systems
- Exposure to Server-side scripting languages (ASP/PHP/Perl)
- Familiarity with Flash Actionscript, Photoshop, web standards, and web server environments
- Good judgment, sensitivity to consequences, ramifications and implications of information and attention to details are critical.
- Must be a team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Metadata Processer

General Summary
Coordinates the collection, packaging and electronic distribution of platform specific metadata that supports multiple VOD distributors. Works with management to formulate metadata procedure; implement and troubleshoot the workflow; and report on progress.

Metadata Servicing:
Work with Client Operations to support their processes to deliver metadata to 3rd party vendors or customers directly. Coordinate activities to ensure that required metadata is collected, prepared and distributed per agreed upon client standards. Track down, troubleshoot and resolve issues around missing and/or incorrect data.

Technical Support:
Assist in developing technical specifications for support tools. Conduct testing and QA for the various tools. Evaluate and recommend appropriate support tools. Develop automation to streamline work activities.

Special projects/administration:
Work on special projects as needed. Work with management to prepare reports on various group activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Metadata standards, xml and data transformation
• UTF and ISO standards
• General sales servicing of product for the Internet markets
• Industry development (clients, competitors, technology) by reading trade press, SPE news clippings, discussions with internal and external clients
• General computer applications such as: Windows and Microsoft Office
