REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3-5 years web development experience on the LAMP stack
* Advanced knowledge of LAMP stack
* Advanced knowledge of Web Standards (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/DHTML/AJAX/JSON)
* Advanced knowledge of Browser Comatibility and HTML bug issues
* Knowledge of Web Performance Optimization
* Knowledge of Web Application Security
* Experience with PHP5
* Experience with Object Oriented Programming
* Experience with MVC framework
* Experience with CVS/SVN version control
* Experience developing large scale web based applications
* Ability to assist and teach Jr. Developer
* Ability to communicate with non-technical people
