Web Designer / Programmer (La Mirada, CA 90638)

Kitchen & Bath Depot is a large direct importer and wholesaler for kitchen cabinets and other construction materials. Our company recently established our online e-commerce division and is currently seeking a in-house Web Designer/programmer who can work with us on a long term basis. This individual shall be ready to be a leader and eventually recruit and assemble a web design team for the company.

Requirement:

-Minimum of 2 years experience in designing / building websites
-Experienced in creating and managing e-commerce shopping cart software
-Highly skilled in web design/development applications (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and Illustrator)
-Proficient in programming (HTML, PHP, SQL, CSS, XML, JavaScript and ASP)
-Self-motivated and a strong desire to “take the initiative”

Positional Specification:

-Enhance and maintain company website and shopping cart
-Website promoting
-Adding a chatroom on the site for customer service
-Creating advertising and placing editorial content in trade magazines and trade exhibitions

This is a permanent position for either a full time or part time person. Our management team is a group of young, ambitious and nice individuals; really easy to work with.
Hired individual will start as a web designer and eventually recruit and assemble his/her design team for the company.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation package will be based on the individual’s experience and skills, including performance bonuses. 90 day trial period.
